When I decided not to seek another term as County Surveyor, I was pleased Bradley Park expressed his intent to run for the office. Since joining my staff in 2021, as my Chief Deputy, Bradley has worked hand in hand with me to learn and administer all aspects of the Surveyors office. He has proven to be a great and effective leader, helping to replace multiple management roles in his time in the office. He has been instrumental with the preparation and administerion of the Surveyors office budget. He has the right kind of experience and knowledge, including building relationships with many other County offices, that will allow him to be successful. I've been impressed by his dedication to public service. Bradley is resourceful, a solution seeker and someone who is willing to do the hard work necessary for this position. Bradley, I thought I would take a minute and post a thought or two about your campaign for the Salt Lake County surveyor….
I have been involved with many of the county surveyors in the state over the last 30 years as a private surveyor and the last 10-15 wearing the hat of Duchesne County Deputy Surveyor.  
I have had the privilege to get to know Bradley in this capacity and have had many good discussions with him regarding the residents of our respective counties and the various impacts that this office has to the public.  I am convinced that he will be a steward of the survey control that ALL of SL county’s residents’ property hinges on.  I have seen him listen to and take in, the opinions of the various surveyors’ of survey problems and give sound advice about them.
