Meet Bradley
Bradley is life long Salt Lake County resident, currently residing in West Jordan. He is a devoted husband to his wife Beth and father of three amazing children. He, along with his family, are heavily involved in volunteering their time to help our local community.
Experience
Bradley is currently working as the Chief Deputy Surveyor in the Salt Lake County Surveyor's office. Since 2021 he has worked to learn everything it takes to run the entire County Surveyors office and where improvements could be made. Prior to coming to the Surveyor's Office he worked for Dominion Energy for 15 years where he worked his way up through the company to eventually manage and run their Survey Office. He has 17 years of surveying experience, a Professional Surveyors License and in 2016 he graduated, with honors, from Salt Lake Community College with a AAS degree in Surveying and Geomatics. He has worked and collaborated with many private industry surveyors as well as other County Surveyors throughout his career.
Leadership
In 2020 Bradley graduated from the Dominion Energy Emerging Leaders program where he worked collaboratively with other leaders throughout the company. He gained valuable leadership and mentoring skills while in this program. Bradley prides himself on how he leads his teams and building a culture where everyone has opportunity to grow and succeed. Bradley currently serves on the Salt Lake County Executive Coordinating Committee, The Salt Lake County Smart Government Fund Committee, Utah Council of Land Surveyor’s Standard and Ethics Committee, and Member of the State of Utah Monument Restoration Recovery Committee.
Goals
One of his many goals is to improve how the County Surveyors office serves the public. He is already working to improve current processes by utilizing new and existing software and hardware. This ultimately helps to save taxpayer dollars and keeps the office fiscally sound. Salt Lake County is unlike any County in the State Utah having wall to wall cities, and very little un-incorporated County remaining. He will work with the all the municipality’s leadership to make sure there is no overlap in the services the office provides. This will help to eliminate duplication of taxes. Bradley has built many relationships throughout the Salt Lake County, has the necessary experience, and in depth knowledge of the Surveyor’s office.
Bradleys combination of surveying knowledge, leadership skills, and goals for the Surveyors Office makes him the best candidate in this race!
He looks forward to connecting with you more along the campaign trail.
