I am a Professionally Licensed Land Surveyor with extensive experience in the survey field ranging from working for an engineering firm, Dominion Energy, and the Salt Lake County Surveyors Office. I graduated, with honors, in 2016 with an AAS Degree in Survey and Geomatics. Since 2021 I have been working as the Chief Deputy Surveyor in the Salt Lake County Surveyor's Office. During that time I have worked side by side, with the current County Surveyor, to effectively lead the office and ensure its fiscal soundness. As a lifelong Salt Lake County resident, I am dedicated to serving all of our residents throughout the community. The quiet enjoyment of property is one of the fundamental rights we have as citizens of the United States. I will work hard to ensure this right is protected!

I am the only candidate in this race fresh out of the private sector, where I worked daily to find efficiencies in the way my office performed. Since joining the County Surveyors office I have worked to find continued improvements to processes and how new and existing technology could improve our productivity. One of my many goals, if elected to office, would be to look at how we can utilize new technologies and continue to gain efficiency in the way we function day to day. This will ultimately save tax payers money. I will work to lower the Surveyor's office budget. Additionally, I will continue building relationships with the 23 municipalities in Salt Lake County, helping to educate them about the importance of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) monuments that all of the real property throughout the County are described and measured from.

One of the many things I love about my current position is using my surveying and County Government knowledge to help inform and guide residents when they have a property issue or question. Our office is required, by law, to protect and maintain all the PLSS survey monuments throughout Salt Lake County. I enjoy informing residents about the importance of the monuments, which are the basis for the Counties tax system, and what our office does for them. With the amount of development and construction happening all across the County and along our state highways, the survey monuments we protect are threatened on a daily basis!

I am devoted to serving the public and would be honored to have the opportunity to be the next Salt Lake County Surveyor. Vote Bradley Park for Surveyor.
